![]() If you want to take the leap anyway then there's good news – many of the early issues being discovered already have an easy fix ( as discovered by the team over at BleepingComputer) so they shouldn't cause too much of a grievance for long.įunnily enough, one of the first issues encountered was that members of the Insider program couldn't actually download the OS at all. It's early days, and some of the problems being discovered might cause you some headaches if you've installed the beta onto the only device you have access to. It's a great way to try the new OS out for yourself but we wouldn't recommend doing so unless you have a spare laptop or PC hanging around. You might have stumbled across the Windows Insider Program when trying to find out how to download Windows 11. ![]() That's kind of the point of course, as this developer build is being used as a kind of pre-release beta for the full version that's expected to launch in "Holiday 2021", and people who are using it are encouraged to spot and report any bugs and issues.
